Wanderwood Gardens – Sustainable Landscape Construction in Dubuque, Iowa

Nolan Landscaping is honored to support the development of Wanderwood Gardens in Dubuque, Iowa, a unique botanical project that harmonizes natural beauty with eco-friendly landscape solutions.

In collaboration with Conlon Construction and Deneen Powell Atelier, Inc., our team is providing expert landscape construction, seeding, and sod installation to bring this serene garden space to life.

The ongoing project features the installation of 1,500 square feet of sod for vibrant green areas and 218 cubic yards of mulch to improve soil health, retain moisture, and deliver a clean, polished aesthetic throughout the garden.

To ensure long-term sustainability and erosion control, we are also hydroseeding 35,200 square feet, promoting healthy vegetation and resilient growth across the site.
