Brakes Plus – Commercial Landscape Construction in Dubuque, Iowa

Nolan Landscaping is proud to support the ongoing Brakes Plus project in Dubuque, Iowa, delivering high-quality landscape construction designed to enhance both aesthetics and long-term functionality.

In collaboration with BCCM Construction and Olsson Engineering, our team is providing expert services in landscape construction, sod and seeding installation, and irrigation setup to create a visually appealing and sustainable commercial property.

Our scope includes the installation of 10,500 square feet of sod, 36 cubic yards of mulch, 6 tons of decorative river rock, and 1,600 square feet of hydromulch for erosion control and vegetation growth.

We’re also integrating 360 linear feet of weed barrier and 200 linear feet of steel edging to ensure a clean, low-maintenance finish with long-term durability.

As this project progresses, Nolan Landscaping remains committed to delivering eco-friendly, climate-resilient landscape solutions that support efficient water management and elevate curb appeal—reflecting the Brakes Plus brand and the property’s commercial goals.
