Nolan Landscaping is proud to support the Kwik Star development in Oskaloosa, Iowa, delivering comprehensive landscape, hardscape, erosion control, and irrigation solutions for this high-traffic commercial site.

In partnership with Kwik Trip Construction and Shive-Hattery Inc., our team is enhancing both the visual appeal and long-term functionality of the property through efficient and sustainable design practices.

The scope of work includes 19,200 square feet of sod, 23 cubic yards of mulch, and 145 linear feet of vinyl edging to create a clean, durable landscape.

For effective erosion control and soil stabilization, we’re applying 21,800 square feet of hydroseeding and 20,500 square feet of straw blanket. A key structural feature of the project is the 3,060-square-foot big block retaining wall, which provides essential support and elevates the site’s overall design.

As part of our full-service approach, Nolan Landscaping is also managing the irrigation installation, ensuring optimal water efficiency to support the newly established green space.
