Texas Roadhouse – Commercial Landscape & Hardscape Construction in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Nolan Landscaping is proud to be a key partner in the Texas Roadhouse project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, delivering expert landscape and hardscape construction to create a vibrant, functional, and welcoming outdoor environment.

In collaboration with JM STITT Construction Inc. and Greenberg Farrow, our team is enhancing the restaurant’s curb appeal while prioritizing sustainability and performance.

This ongoing project includes the installation of 15,600 square feet of sod, 20 cubic yards of mulch, and 39 tons of river rock, establishing a lush, low-maintenance landscape that elevates the guest experience.

To promote long-term durability, we are also installing 2,750 linear feet of weed barrier and 10,800 square feet of permeable pavers, providing an eco-friendly drainage solution that helps manage stormwater effectively.

As part of our full-service scope, Nolan Landscaping is overseeing seeding, sod installation, and irrigation system setup to ensure long-lasting plant health and efficient water use.
